@FedExHelp Package currently 11 days overdue (paid for 2-day shipping.) Told EVERY day that service center will call me, it will be delivered later that day. NOW they're returning to sender??? WHY CAN'T ANYONE AT FEDEX HELP?!?
English

@FedEx assured, daily, that M.Falls will call me directly, and deliver that day. Days later, NOW the story is a system update created a series of lies, they never had the package, it "just arrived" from Nashville. No apology, over a week late #neverpayfor2dayshipping

@JasonNark @seakittenone Not for thru-hikers. You usually have one outfit.

@amazonhelp doesn't understand the definition of the word "guaranteed" Also does not stand behind their word, and quite frankly just doesn't care about their customers.

@hannahselector I loved it! One of my best movie experiences. The audience was phenomenal, I was in a historic theater, and the movie was great too!

@krittabug @notasecretagent I am in Tosa! I'm not currently running, though working my way back up to it. I usually haunt Hart Park, the parkway up to Swan, and in the vicinity of the retaining ponds. I'll get back out there and keep a smile and a high five ready for you!

@krittabug @notasecretagent So strange, I always get waves and hellos, and I only run in Tosa.

@overnightprints so to sum up
1. Follow through on your claims
2. LISTEN to your customer
3. Communicate
4. Offer solutions
It would've been great if I was given a refund for the product you can't deliver until AFTER IT IS NEEDED in spite of "on-time" delivery claims.
