@flipkartsupport @ekartlogistics order is to be delivered by Ekart but I have never even been contacted and still it says order delivery attempted thrice but not reachable. You don’t have any customer support contact, whom should we even reach out to? Want to know the status.

She told me that she has gone through the cctv footage of the vendor and all other checks. So, Myntra again is indirectly accusing me, years old customers who have placed numerous orders for the past many years without any issue of saying a lie for a Rs.1200 shoe ? If I had to do such things I would have done years ago, nevertheless. I told her you are indirectly saying that I am lying when I am saying that I have a Unboxing video of the same. You never asked for that video. Now show me the CCTV footage of the vendor where the product went through all checks and was packed in the tempered proof packing etc. She started fumbling and saying you have to mail for that etc and started making excuses. By your actions Myntra Team you have already lost your years old customer, not me only but my family members and friends and their family members, also my Twitter users who will be seeing this post FOREVER. I promise that none of us will ever buy a single product from Myntra in future. Now, coming back to points, here is my request:: 1. Provide me the CCTV footage of the vendor which you have checked that it was packed in a tamper proof box, which I am sure the fraud has started from that vendor end mainly. 2. Provide me the reason why you don't have an Open Box delivery to take care of such frauds? 3. Tell me how you ensure that there was no tampering with the product from the courier side. @MyntraSupport @jagograhakjago @consumercourtin I ordered Bata Men Textured Mojaris shoe(Screenshot attached). It was delivered on 1st Feb, 2025. I box felt quite light and I had some doubt how it can be so light. So I made a Unboxing Video of the same. On opening I found that instead of my Men shoes it has some toddler used sandals(Pic attached). I immediately contacted myntra through Chat(As call option is not there). They told me to put return request that you have received wrong product. I did the same. Next day I receives SMS on Tuesday 4rth Feb that return failed.(Screenshot attached)I was at the house at that moment. I immediately contacted Myntra again and in Chat he told me to place return request again, I did the same. Now today I have again received same SMS from Myntra that return request is cancelled. In Myntra app they have given a reason that Seller has confirmed that they delivered the right product. so they will not return it(Screenshot attached). Myntra means to say that I am speaking lie regarding some Rs. 1200 shoe? Seller or courier agent is right and customer is wrong? Thankfully I got suspicious before opening and made a Unboxing video, else it's so shameful to see Myntra duping its customers like this. Myntra Team I request you to look urgently into this issue and solve it else it will be approaching higher authorities and media regarding this fraud you are doing to your customers. I took delivery if KIA Sonet in November 2023 from Shreenath Malad which I feel is a used defective car. Multiple problems from first month. More than 20 Complaints to @KiaMotors. No remedy only hopes being given. Regret & really frustrated to buy a kia. Pleas take back & refund

Worst quality car MG HECTOR where customers are just getting exploited for cheap quality of materials used in car.. everytime 1 or the other part is getting damaged like any engine belt or clutch and rusting from inside complainting since 2 years now my vehicle is getting rusted

@TataMotors worst service and worst product honestly. Faulty product provided by @TataMotors @TataNexon with faulty gear box and faulty AC ..10th trip to the service center but still AC not working. Almost 10 months with the car and still the AC issue not resolved.
