My son is deployed with the Marines in the Indo-Pacific. He is still on the family plan with @ATT. He suspended his line while he's gone, but we're still paying the same monthly plan charges because @ATT won't temporarily remove his line. Is this thank you for your service?

@RedCoachusa Red Coach today from WPB to Tally left > hour late, is currently expected to arrive in Tally > 4 hours late. Was Red Coach (or their sub-contractor, Astro) surprised by holiday traffic? Is anyone working in headquarters to deal with this problem?

@AskTSA No Mobile Passport machines were part of the problem. But why were transiting passengers who already went through multiple levels of security required to wait in long lines to go through TSA PreCheck? Maybe TSA prefers that international travelers use larger airports for entry.

Terrible @aa.com experience yesterday at @cltairport.com. Flight from FCO sat for 40 min without a gate. No @tsa.gov Mobile Passport machines. Long Precheck lines to recheck for domestic travel.
