@gas_wright Purchase a new ticket for the Birmingham New Street to Reading section, then share the Transaction ID with me. The new journey needs to be booked on your Trainline account and be scheduled to travel between the above stations - (1/2)

@gas_wright Please note that the change must be made before the departure time of your current booking. Once I receive your new Transaction ID, I’ll refund the lower value between the two tickets minus an admin fee of up to £10 per person, per journey. Thanks, ~Cat.

@thetrainline It’s a split save advanced single. When I click on it it says change allowed up until time of departure. Potentially aiming for earlier train
