Breaking: The NBA's Board of Governors has approved a vote for the league to explore bids and applicants for expansion teams exclusively in Las Vegas and Seattle, sources tell ESPN. A bidding process is expected to generate offers in the $7-10 billion range for each team.

BREAKING: A procedural vote in the Senate to fund all of DHS (without ICE reforms) has just failed again by a vote of 47-37. Senator Fetterman (D-PA) was the only Dem to vote yes. Lots of absences on both sides today. House left town yesterday. 5 week DHS shutdown continues.

Alaska Airlines has extended their sponsorship deal to Hec Ed.
Starting this fall, though, there will be a new sponsor at Husky Stadium. It will not be a competing airline, however.
