@thetrainline close to 100 people here in hanborough waiting for the bus replacement to Oxford that was promised at 5:30pm. No staff around here to ask. Your customer services online are also unable to help and just terminated my chat.Can you please let us know what’s happening?

@Oxcanhosting @Dyson @AskDyson I am frustrated as well. @DysonUK owes me my refund money and repeatedly fails to collect the machine so they can hang on to my money. Please just collect the machine asap and give me back my money. Had I known you will be selling me a dud, I would never have bought from you.

Hey @Dyson @askdyson without a doubt the absolute worst customer experience #CustomerExperience been waiting since June 4 for my warranty box, been told now 6 times it’s lost and you’re resending. Highly Doubtful. No one from your social channels will help. #Dyson #NeverAgain

@MatteoBortolu @AskDyson I am experiencing the same problem. @DysonUK please sort out the collection of the dud product you sold me and give me my money back. Repeated mistakes resulting in failed collection and despite your faults, you refuse to give me my refund. @BBCWatchdog

@AskDyson has been 6 months already you are promising refund and finding excuses to not. Plus lack of communication from your side. Why don't solve it in public? Every customer service person putting it as high priority every time we call. And still no refund. And you do have our machine.

@Dyson have been trying to return a product for 2 months. 3 times your delivery driver did not show. Then requested a returns label twice and received nothing. Was then told I would be contacted directly by a supervisor and guess what - nothing.

@AskDyson order no. 1503716150. My order was delivered late and rescheduled without prior consultation. You then delivered a broken product, messed up collection address repeatedly. You’re holding my refund coz of your mistakes. Shockingly bad. Your service team unable to help.

@anishasafaya @Dyson @DysonUK They are shockingly bad. I’m struggling to get a resolution to my problems with collection so they can refund me. Had I known they will deliver a heavily damaged product and then mess up collection while they hold my money, I would never have ordered a Dyson product.

I ordered ot for next day belivery. Haven't received the product due to miscommunication from @Dyson & they can't resend in next day delivery now because their advisors can't access the option; How is this a good customer service 🤔. @DysonUK ?

@roblegate @BBCWatchdog @AskDyson @Dyson Yes please. I’m having problems with them too. They sent me a dud of a product! They’ve now messed collection and delivery address despite repeated phone call and WhatsApp confirmation of address. Appalling. I just want my refund but they won’t refund unless they collect. Help!
