With the new Flow Action Button, does it count towards flow governor limits every time it is clicked? (e.g. for me it would trigger a sub flow to get records).

@ch_sz_knapp Yep - this is a known documentation gap. We are in the middle of getting it updated. For subflows in screen flows, the latest version is run, not the active version. We are looking to address this behavior difference as part of a versioned change in the Summer '24 release.

Little things like this need tidying up, it's just not great to see this released into the wild with obvious UX issues. Fields inside sections in a @salesforce flow, not in line! I wish the focus was on making the functionality that's there 100% instead of adding more features.

@StephanieFoerst @goravseth We will need to enhance the engine to be able to grab related record data, but to do that, we'll have to make big changes to our 'Get Records' logic and a number of other areas... no small feat, but it's something that I very much want to do

@StephanieFoerst @goravseth Unfortunate, I know. Unlike custom Data Table components, the standard flow component gets its data from the Flow engine. When you add a field to a Data Table, we use the available data from the record collection which only includes data from that object.

@kranzforce @enginutkan @prolayc @altius_rup @SalesforceAdmns @asksalesforce Their component does some interesting things - they use their own wrapper around our flow component but it still uses our aura-based runtime. They have not moved to our new LWC-based runtime yet.

Allows you to embed a Flow (or chatbot,etc) in an external website. I've done some poking at it, it definitely appears to be a different runtime, but haven't found documentation on it

Always learning ! @SalesforceAdmns @asksalesforce I've just discovered Embedded Flows and Embedded Service Deployments : great stuff ! I have a flow with components with dynamic visibility. They do not display in an Embedded Flow. Is this a known limitation or issue ?

@AdamWhiteSF @ThisIsMarkJones But some orgs have strict security requirements and can’t use unofficial sf. On the bright side, I would think that the code is already written so you could just copy and paste from unofficial sf, and make it official 🤓🧐🤨
