Union of India, 1982) has upheld that Equal Pay for Equal Work is a constitutional guarantee under Articles 14, 16 & 39(d). Then why are Vocational Trainers, working full-time since 2016, still treated as contractual with discriminatory pay despite doing the same or more work than regular teachers?
