@AmazonHelp Well, the package has not arrived within the timeframe in which it was supposed to be delivered. So therefore, I’ve documented this conversation and reported the charges fraud since there’s been no help.

Apparently the @USPS delivered a package that is not actually here, and yet @amazon Customer Service AI is not allowing any help without waiting for several days. What to do!?

@AmazonHelp It was useless. Because they gave the same information as the AI chat on the app. Still don’t have the package that was confirmed delivered and a refund has not been processed.
