@Pointer_Chaser I drove 5-speeds all throughout my 20s—don’t now for obvious reasons—and my buddy asked me to show him how. He bought an ‘84 Porsche but couldn’t drive it. The funniest car I’ve ever driven, hands down. And yeah, steering was not problem at all.

This is like debating which is better, a brand new Tesla or a 1984 Porsche 911.
The Tesla is cool and has a lot of sweet gadgets and fun tools to take advantage of. It's a great car.
But the Porsche is a total experience. Rear wheel, manual transmission, no self driving, hell it doesn't even have power steering. It sounds way better, even if it drives way worse. When you punch it out of the gas station parking lot and kick out the ass while ripping it into 2nd gear, and kept in control without lifting, you've earned something.

High rep sets used by many bodybuilders? Not so much.
That may be why I also don't find glucose to be important, but others do.
5 reps is about where the primary energy system shifts from PC to glycogen, at least in theory.

I am giving creatine another try.
I am about 3 weeks in. My stomach is handling 5mg okay. More than that, it's shit my pants.
I honestly notice no difference with or without it. Never have.

Severe peanut allergy.

All they asked for?
A small buffer zone on the plane.
Instead… they were told to basically deal with it and “email the company.”
On a packed flight where people are eating inches away…

How about someone that came home from a war got a medal and murdered his wife. Those are all real life guys. Joe Kent has turned himself into high profile propaganda for a plethora of adversaries. Including the kind that murdered his late wife. That bombing wasn’t battle it was murder. That was a planned and orchestrated operation. He’s going on Tucker. Nothing changes what he DID. He is who he is NOW. His discharge paperwork doesn’t shield him from criticism. This weird hero worship... You fail to understand these people are human. They did the job they were VERY well-trained to do. They were recognized if they were put in situations that required extraordinary actions and they met the occasion. It doesn’t make them deities.
