@medical_xpress “Given that fish oil, the primary supplement type, is particularly susceptible to oxidation [53], the observed harmful association may not generalize to other omega-3 formulations with greater oxidative stability.” Use garbage peroxidized fish oil, get garbage results.

In older adults, omega-3 supplement use was linked to faster decline on 3 cognitive tests over 5 years, while brain scans pointed not to amyloid or tau, but to lower glucose metabolism. medicalxpress.com/news/2026-05-o…

Who wants to tell Paul that putting a needle there is auricular VNS to deplete deuterium via Alderman's nerve. Iwill remind you psychiatrist are usually at the bottom of their class and forget the key things that matter. Hence why they become Rx pad MDs for Big Harma. What doesn't Paul know? BIOPHYSICS OF THE VAGUS NERVE and how it depletes deuterium. Auricular Branch (Alderman's nerve): Supplies the skin of the external acoustic meatus and tympanic membrane. In my decentralized model, cerumen (earwax) isn't just "debris", it is an Isotopic Shield secreted by the body to protect the delicate, liquid-crystalline structures of the Cochlea from a failing magnetic field and a Meckel's blockade from deuterium fractionation via the vagal exhaust. When Meckel’s cave is blocked as it is when you get a tick bite, the auricular branch of the vagus senses this isotopic "overheat" near the acoustic apparatus. It secretes cerumen, a lipid-rich, high-dielectric material, to act as a physical and isotopic buffer. It is the ear's version of a coconut. It is storing the deuterium in a safe place where no mitochondria are. The wax is the body's attempt to "trap" the deuterium at the surface before it can penetrate and "stiffen" the hair cells of the cochlea to cause tinnitus. Because Alderman’s nerve is a branch of the Vagus, a "Cerumen Plug" is a direct bio-indicator of Vagal Stagnation. It tells you the 4th ventricle exhaust is "backed up" to the ear canal. If you don't unblock Meckel’s cave and restore the Z-axis vortex, the body will simply secrete morewax to protect the "Overheating" ear. This is why tinnitus and cerumen often go together; both are symptoms of the Petrous Apex stalling out in a declining magnetic field. When you put an acupuncture needle in this region you are basically doing an ancient vagal nerve stimulator fo the auricular nerve = Decentralized neurosurgeons are generally the TOP of the class. We do not forget the lessons in anatomy.

This therapy may be able to reverse alpha-gal syndrome, aka tick induced meat allergy... Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) uses acupuncture in the ear, a single needle placed for 3-4, weeks to help the immune system "reset." Western medicine isn't really sure how it works but there's some evidence that it's quite effective. (PMID 35003502) 126 patients treated, 121 (96%) reported symptom remission. More studies are needed, but this is compelling data. Red meat (beef, lamb, venison) and dairy + collagen are incredibly nutrient-rich foods that are vital for optimal health. Not being able to eat these is a big deal. I hope this therapy is studied more widely and this information gets to those who are suffering with alpha-gal. Please share if you know someone who has this issue.

I’ve had this done and let me tell you…. Her reaction is completely warranted. Mind you, it is an uncontrollable response if your jaw is that tight and finally released Ancient medicine documented jaw tension release dating back thousands of years If you get this done before having kids, and especially as a woman, it can deeply heal your future bloodline because of the emotional binds you’re loosening up and potentially NOT passing along in the womb or in later parenting style Even if you’re already a parent or just someone who wants to heal, this is valuable because you can free up a lot of frustration and stifled feelings you’ve bottled up. The jaw tends to take on a lot because it controls (or prevents) the movement of words that come out of our mouth Women AND men benefit from jaw release! When you release the jaw you also release the pelvic floor muscles that contribute to keeping your reproductive organs and surrounding systems healthy with free flowing energy Jaw tension release can help all kinds of emotional healing but also physical healing such as: ✅ pain free periods ✅ easier childbirth ✅ stronger orgasms (both women & men) ✅ consistent bowel movements ✅ more frequent erections ✅ properly functioning bladder Think it’s too good to be true? Give this a try and test on yourself to see what happens. You can do jaw releases on yourself at minimum with tutorials from Youtube. Obviously it is great to have someone help but don’t think you have to hire someone for this…. it can cost you $0. Do them every couple days for a month and report back Healing is always possible 💚

Infrared light improved sleep by ~66% in this study. Just 3 sessions of 10 minutes each resulted in improvements even a week after treatment. Daytime sleepiness was decreased by ~50% too. Red light also reduced delta waves during wakefulness - a sign the brain is having difficulty switching between relaxed and alert states. I swear there's nothing this stuff can't do.

Regular reminder that this product completely cleared up both of my daughters' (age 1 & 3) eczema in a month. I know, sounds ridiculous. I wouldn't believe it either if I hadn't seen it first hand. Cheap non-pharma experiment to run if your kids are old enough for solids.

The greatest supplement you can take if you want to reverse ADHD is blackseeds. Blackseeds: -Increases GABA (GABA is low in the brain's of ADHD patients) -anti-stress -anti-inflammatory -pro-metabolic -pro-thyroid. This is why I personally take 30-50 seeds daily. Blackseed is also known as the "cure for every disease except death" Powerful stuff!

Your fat cells act as long-term storage for toxins. Your body isolates dangerous substances to prevent acute damage to organs. When you lose fat rapidly, you release those stored toxins. This is why people look like they aged 10 years after a rapid fat loss phase. Decades of toxins recirculated in a matter of months.

Mycotoxins are lipophilic (fat loving). Your brain is 60% fat. Mold toxins bypass your blood-brain barrier and accumulate in brain tissue. They generate massive free radicals, deplete glutathione, and one-shot your neuronal mitochondria. Of all the mold side effects, neurological symptoms are by far the worst. Anxiety, depersonalization, impending doom. How many people with mental health issues actually have a toxin overload issue?

Zinc dramatically lowers cortisol. [study] A 50 mg zinc dose suppressed the stress hormone by around 70% here. While the HPA axis, which produces cortisol, depletes zinc, adding it back in markedly lowers this stress system. Zinc: ◈ Reduces oxidative stress / inflammation in the brain (origin of stress signal) ◈ Acts as a glutamate antagonist (triggers HPA axis)

I predict that we will see a dark side of our "high protein" era in a few decades, especially impacting our kidney health: ↑ uric acid ↑ acid load ↑ higher nitrogen waste aka more filtration pressure ↑ kidney hyperfiltration You must protect your kidneys: glycine & taurine, eat potassium-rich foods, stay well hydrated, buffer acids with plenty of fruit and enjoy a cup or two of marshmallow root, cranberry juice and stinging nettle.

If I had to pick just 2 things to do for longevity - it would be NAC + red light. Of all of the things we talk about these two stand out for a few reasons. 1. They work on fundamental basic pathways that are relevant for every process of aging (mitochondrial function + antioxidant support) 2. There is a ridiculous amount of research on both (including tons clinically) 3. The cost relative to the benefit is off the charts 4. Little to no drawbacks, very safe Obviously this is excluding diet / lifestyle stuff, I'm just talking straight up interventions.
