@airindia @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia @Ministry_CA Few minutes back it boarded and departing. @airindia this experience was very bad, every passenger suffered badly due to mis communication and mis management. We don't expect this kind of service from Air India 🥺😓

@airindia Here Mr. Vishank sherawat from Air India duty manager Ai805 has given much misleading information, which led time mob dissatisfaction and he later disappeared and even he didn't done any arrangements for passengers,after other staff has arranged water and juice for passenger

@airindia Here no ground staff is ready to take responsibility for this delay and they are not sure that it will fly 12:45 am. You can ask any senior person to be here and do necessary arrangements
