One of the best tech gadget I own is a Kindle Paperwhite. I have had it for almost 8 years now and it still works perfectly without any issues. Can't think of any other gadget with such a long life.

@AmazonHelp After asking a for a reply for almost 3-4 times over email, @amazonIN ofm email support point blank lies and says the email is not associated with the account. Best way to avoid resolving the issues. Looks like customer obsession is only a value for @amazon interviews.

Amazon blocked my account to place any orders after I added a Rs. 10000 shopping voucher. Support keeps transferring to other agents and telling you will get response on email but no one responds back. Emails to ofm@amazon.in go unanswered. Pathetic service from @amazonIN

We've found confirmed indian railway train tickets ALWAYS using this app for the last 8 years. What it does is get you a ticket from A to D if tickets between B to C are not available and A and D are before B and C respectively. Ingenious. 🚂 sureseat.in

@EtihadHelp The folks at service desk were kind enough to give us the XL seat FOR WHICH WE PAID for two days ago. This experience was really stressful and traumatising. We had really high hopes from Etihad.

Terrible experience with @etihad at Mumbai airport. Arrived at 7 pm only to be randomly shifted to the 4:30 am flight to Abu Dhabi instead of the 11 pm one we originally booked(EY203) even after getting the boarding pass.

@EtihadHelp Moreover, we had payed extra and booked an XL seat for our flight but the person at the desk refused to give us the XL seat even after we showed her the receipt and tore our boarding pass and sent us to the service desk . She was basically shouting at us.
