We had our order stolen last night. Never arrived and @UberEats keeps trying to credit me less than half of the order with credit for the tip. I’m out $247 and they think $97 is a good credit. Been back and forth three times and they aren’t getting it and no one to talk to

@westjettCA Darlene at the desk at Calgary keeps turning away anyone that needs help. Won’t even talk to customers who need a rebooking. And said vouchers aren’t issued. 11:14 pm, still on the phone since 3:45pm. No resolution , no flights and zero help to get home.

@tayls64 @WestJet They’re not even sorry. This communication was absolutely horrible and we still have no flight out (7 hours later) but Darlene at the desk was quick to tell us they won’t help us at the desk at all. And that we won’t receive any vouchers. So that’s helpful.

@westjettCA Nothing has helped. I’m on hour SEVEN of trying to rebook. No hotel vouchers. No help at desks. Darlene in Calgary has the WORST toward customers and said no one would be helped at the gates. Hour SEVEN on the phone with zero resolution.

@WestJet first time customer and so disappointed. You can’t control the weather but can control staffing. 6.5 hours after original take off- we boarded yet again and still sitting here for 30 min. to “look for bags.” The inefficiency is mind-boggling.

@SouthwestAir I canceled a flight, received a cancellation email with a credit amount and now I’m told I don’t have the credit because it was a “no-show”. I’m waiting to use a credit and no one is getting back to me. This is disappointing customer service.
