@AmazonHelp Hi Heather. I just spent a while with your customer service and nothing can be done. My point is I shouldn't have to pay for Prime if my delivery is cancelled. It should be refunded at least. Your chat on the app used to be better. Now it's always Don't know. Can't do that.

@AmazonHelp Hi, appalling service. Ordered a shirt & paid Prime for quick delivery. Cancelled. Ordered a new shirt. Lost. No compensation. I ask Prime to be refunded as useless. Customer service Sorry can't do that. You take my money, don't deliver & still have to pay for Prime ?

@AmazonUK what is happening? 2 days, 2 packages received with completely wrong items. Today takes the biscuit: a £600 Cardo Outdoor quad, and I received 9 toilet rolls. @AmazonHelp could not escalate my call, so to get a refund I have to wait in for UPS to collect b4 refund. 😡
