You left out the increase in escrow account payments on home mortgages, where the mortgage lender bills you monthly for stuff like real estate taxes, home insurance and water and sewer bills. Someone I know had his home for over 40 years in Bayside, NYC. His water and sewer in the 80s was negligible, maybe $50 every three months as an escrow payment. Now it is over $100 a month and that was three years ago.

America’s housing stress is rising, but this is not 2008 all over again: then we had adjustable-rate time bombs, no-doc loans, and a debt pyramid of toxic mortgage securities; now most owners sit on fixed low-rate loans and the real squeeze comes from taxes, insurance, utilities, and living costs rather than a systemic mortgage-fraud implosion.

Your dimwit judge has plenty of company. Federal magistrate Kato Crews was unable to answer the question "What is a Brady motion?" at his 2023 Senate nomination hearing to be a federal district judge. Crews guessed that it had something to do with gun control, as in the shooting of Press Secretary James Brady. Still, Crews later got appointed district judge in 2024 in a deal. thanks to the incompetence of then Senate Majority Leader McConnell. Internet shocked at Biden judicial nominee's failure to answer simple question on legal procedure 'This is akin to a surgeon not knowing what a scalpel is,' a journalist responded to the incident By Jeffrey Clark Fox News March 23, 2023 8:21am EDT Internet shocked at Biden judicial nominee's failure to answer simple question on legal procedure Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., went viral after he quizzed a Biden judicial court nominee on legal questions during a highly publicized nomination hearing. A Biden judicial court nominee is taking flack online after he flubbed a question from Sen. John Kennedy, R-La, during an exchange that went viral. Judge Kato Crews — who was nominated by President Joe Biden for the U.S. District Court of Colorado — failed to answer a question on the Brady motion, a basic legal concept. When pressed on the issue by Kennedy, Crews said that the term was "not coming to mind." But that didn't stop the judge from giving his best guess. "I believe that the Brady case involved something regarding the Second Amendment," Crews responded. "I have not had an occasion to address that." A Brady motion is a legal concept that stems from the Brady v. Maryland Supreme Court decision in 1963, which held that the prosecution must hand over potentially favorable evidence to the defense. Crews' difficulty with the Brady motion question provoked concern online, with many users pointing out that the exchange calls into question the judge's qualifications for office. Journalist and author Mark Hyman quipped that the Crews’ failure to answer the question was "akin to a surgeon not knowing what a scalpel is." Lawyer Jason Roberge said that it was difficult to understand how someone could become a judge and not know what a Brady motion is, considering that even first year law students should be familiar with the concept. "I can’t imagine being a judge and not knowing what a Brady motion is…" "That’s a fundamental concept that they usually mention before the first day of class for an overview of the judicial system," Roberge explained. Crews is at least the second Biden judicial nominee who was unable to answer Constitutional questions this year. Sen. Kennedy quizzed Judge Charnelle Bjelkengrenonthe meaning of Articles II and V of the Constitution in January. "Article 5 is not coming to mind at the moment," Judge Bjelkengren told Kennedy. "How about Article II?" Kennedy asked. "Neither is Article II," Bjelkengren responded. foxnews.com/media/internet…

The building owner is Cordoba Real Estate Group LLC, which has a website identifying it as having 50 years of experience in the central Ohio area, a total lie. Yet its record only goes back to 2014, according to Grok. 2014 is when Ohio governor Kasich loosened state Medicaid requirements. Isaac Nassar seems to be the Cordoba owner. He has no Internet presence, an invisible man. The barebones website only lists one property address managed, not the Stonehenge fraud location. Less government financial oversight usually means more thieves, who multiply like rats.

This is such a wild statistic from @lukerosiak. Columbus, Ohio has only 6,273 elderly people on Medicaid but a single landlord in Columbus has 288 "home health care" businesses as tenants that have billed Medicaid $250 million. Their offices are empty.

20 years after 9/11, there was another cover-up of a building collapse, the Champlain Towers South condo apartment house (CTS). Law and order governor DeSantis covered up the at least 98 murder victims of the CTS collapse. Florida officials, including the Miami police, had one order of business - to protect David Martin, the developer of Eighty Seven Park at 8701 Collins Avenue, the massive 18-story condo right across the street from CTS. Eighty Seven Park's underground parking garage abutted Champlain Towers South's property line. On July 3, 2021, CBS News reported that Martin's firm, Terra Group, offered in 2019 $400,000 to Champlain Towers South residents in return for releasing the developers from all liability. CTS residents had been complaining about "shaking" caused by the construction of Eighty Seven Park, which is located just within Miami Beach, a cesspool of corruption. Excavations which fractured the limestone bedrock foundation of CTS. Those 98 deaths on June 24, 2021 had been swept under the rug by the police in Surfside and Miami Beach. The controlled demolition of the remaining portion of CTS was done on July 4, 2021 to destroy all possible criminal evidence of the real cause of the CTS collapse. Independence Day for the Eighty Seven Park criminals.

Just compare the use of the mercury compound thimersol in vaccines to the long term use of mercury in hat making. Workers making felted hats got Mad Hatters Disease, severe brain damage. The Lewis Carroll character of the Mad Hatter is treated as a joke in Alice In Wonderland. The United States was the last country in the West by 40 years to tolerate the use of mercury in making hats, only stopping because the mercury was needed instead to make detonators in ammunition for World War II. Worker protection and patient protection in the United States are treated as throwaway jokes when there is money to be made. Wikipedia: The first description of symptoms of mercury poisoning among hatters appears to have been made in St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1829. In the United States, a thorough occupational description of mercury poisoning among New Jersey hatters was published locally by Addison Freeman in 1860. Adolph Kussmaul's definitive clinical description of mercury poisoning published in 1861 contained only passing references to hatmakers, including a case originally reported in 1845 of a 15-year-old Parisian girl, the severity of whose tremors following two years of carroting [hatmaking process] prompted opium treatment. In Britain, the toxicologist Alfred Swaine Taylor reported the disease in a hatmaker in 1864. In 1869, the French Academy of Medicine demonstrated the health hazards posed to hatmakers. Alternatives to mercury use in hatmaking became available by 1874. In the United States, a hydrochloride-based process was patented in 1888 to obviate the use of mercury, but was ignored. In 1898, legislation was passed in France to protect hatmakers from the risks of mercury exposure. By the turn of the 20th century, mercury poisoning among British hatters had become a rarity. In the United States, the mercury-based process continued to be adopted until as late as 1941, when it was abandoned mainly due to the wartime need for the heavy metal in the manufacture of detonators. Thus, for much of the 20th century mercury poisoning remained common in the U.S. hatmaking industries, including those located in Danbury, Connecticut (giving rise to the expression the "Danbury shakes").

I filed a caseworker request for assistance with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand concerning T-Mobile's ripping me off by not honoring a free cell telephone upgrade promotion on two lines and then overcharging me more than the cost of the phones. T-Mobile had also previously added $5 a line to my lifetime price locked in plan. Gillibrand's constituent claim form requires you to give your entire Social Security number, an egregious security flaw. And to also give your country of birth. EEOC: "Federal law does not prohibit employers from asking you about your national origin. However, because such questions may indicate a possible intent to discriminate based on national origin, we recommend that employers ensure that they ask about national origin only for a lawful purpose." Her office's online claim form is a real signal that the U.S. Senate is run like a day room in a Memory Clinic.

Epstein was a blackmailer and he was blackmailing Les Wexner for Wexner's role in the assassination of Roy Raymond, the founder of Victoria's Secret. For reasons still unexplained, Victoria's Secret founder Roy Raymond sold in 1982 his five year old company, with five stores and a 42-page catalog, grossing $6 million a year, to Wexner for $1 million. Raymond had a Masters degree in Business Administration from Stanford, why would he sell his business for chump change to a person he called the devil? Maybe Wexner made Raymond an offer he could not refuse. Raymond later died a suicide, allegedly from jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge on the night of August 26, 1993, with no witnesses present on an extremely busy bridge. Last year, Jeffrey Epstein was also a death by suicide, his death also occurring under mysterious circumstances. On 10 August 2019, as a prisoner at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, Epstein was found dead in his cell. The prison CCTV cameras in his prison wing were broken, the guards asleep on duty. Again, no witnesses.

Too bad President Trump did not appoint you, not Harmeet K. Dhillon, as the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the US Department of Justice. My late mother, who dodged the Nazis (including the Black Brigade) in occupied Brussels, could not survive a random encounter with bogus doctor Avinesh Bhar in the Flushing New York Presbyterian Hospital Emergency Room. Thanks to the hospital's felonious act of putting Bhar on its records as an MD (which he isn't to this date), he could improperly and wrongly prescribe on her chart the drug that killed her as she was going by to get an X-ray before she was admitted. New York AG Letitia James covered up Bhar's criminality when her office received a criminal referral from the NYS Office of Professional Medical Conduct. Bhar is now illegally practicing telemedicine across seven Southern states from his home office in Georgia, probably running a pill mill, using the same bogus MBBS degree he claims to have gotten in Malaysia. Dhillon's Civil Rights office sent me an unsigned form letter tossing out my complaint without review. She is too busy posting stuff on X. While Bhar and AG James skate.

What is not clickbait is that Governor Kathy Hochul's husband, William Hochul, a former U.S. Attorney, made a $10 million or more kickback when the Jake' 58 casino on Long Island sold for $120 million in 2021 (triple its market value until newly elected NYS Governor Hochul allowed it to triple the number of gambling terminals, slot machines, in the casino months after the sale. William Hochul was Senior Vice President and Secretary of Delaware North Companies (headquartered in Buffalo, Kathy Hochul's former congressional district) from 2016 to 2023. As Lt. Governor for Governor Andy Cuomo, she got Delaware North its casino license for Jake's 58 casino after they hired her husband. So, then Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul gets Cuomo to give her husband's company the casino license and Delaware North made an $80 million profit selling this casino in 7 years. Total Cuomo/Hochul corruption in plain sight. nypost.com/2021/10/23/lon…

“Sudden And Unexpected”
New York Governor Kathy Hochul just made it official: Kids in schools with 250+ students will be forced to mask up for the entire 2026-2027 school year. No exceptions without a doctor’s note. She’s citing “flu and rhinovirus outbreaks” (the same ones that magically disappeared during the pandemic) and claiming masks stopped everything. 92% of NY schools will be hit by this. They’re really trying to bring back the 2020 circus.

Nothing will change after this report of contaminated heparin blood thinner. Heparin is used to make the injectable blood thinner Lovenox, often the most widely prescribed hospital drug since it is given to bed bound patients who are more prone to bed sores and blood clots from immobility. In 2008, almost certainly tens of thousands of hospital patients worldwide were poisoned by OSCS Lovenox. The Lovenox was made from contaminated pigs intestines at the Sanofi-Aventis facility in Singapore. In 2008, poisoned Chinese dog food that killed pets got more attention than S-A' s poisoned blood thinner. reuters.com/article/busine…

🚨EXCLUSIVE: Black Specks, Unsuitable Chemicals & Repeat Violations at America’s Key Heparin Factory Heparin is administered to roughly 12 million Americans every year during surgery, dialysis, and intensive care. It is one of the most widely used drugs in hospitals. The factory producing a significant portion of America's supply just received a damning FDA inspection report, and The HighWire obtained it through FOIA. The December 2025 inspection of Smithfield Bioscience's Cincinnati facility found inspectors documented black specks appearing in products during manufacturing that the company could not identify, trace, or explain. Rather than halting production to investigate, the affected batches were reprocessed and released anyway. The same facility was cited for the identical failure to investigate out-of-specification results back in 2019. Nothing changed. The inspection also found the company was using ethanol from a supplier that explicitly stated it does not follow Good Manufacturing Practices and does not produce pharmaceutical-grade material. Smithfield used it anyway, without a risk assessment, additional testing, or a certificate of analysis. Smithfield Bioscience is owned by a Chinese firm that acquired Smithfield Foods in 2013. US lawmakers raised concerns at the time about what Chinese ownership of America's heparin supply could mean for national security in the event of a shortage. Those concerns were never resolved, and the FDA may be reluctant to take aggressive action against the facility precisely because the domestic supply depends on it. In 2008, contaminated heparin from a Chinese supply chain resulted in 150 deaths in the United States. READ and SHARE the full article by @smiddendorp22 linked below 👇 bit.ly/heparin-contam…

Look at the ownership of Google. The BlackRock Triad is the largest institutional share owner of Google. BlackRock Triad is a front for the Rothschild Cabal. Before former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki passed away in 2024, she bragged that she had removed a million videos from YouTube that questioned government CV-19 policies and thus, Big Pharma. Her action was illegal, on the basis that the owners of a private news platform (which YouTube sometimes is) cannot peddle lies to promote ("pump") the value of stock market shares they or their associates own. That action is a form of corrupt insider trading, a wide-ranging conspiracy to suppress bad news about a company's product. Asbestos manufacturers did that for years about their carcinogenic product, but that suppression of bad news was done secretly, not on YouTube. Very hard to prove such a conspiracy, unless one of the participants, Wojcicki, brags about it in a Bloomberg interview. Google B shares are insider/founders shares and have 10 votes each. They pulled The HighWire from YouTube in the middle of a live production day. They didn't give a warning, or an explanation. It was just... Gone. It has happened before and it will probably happen again. Asking questions about mRNA animal trials in 2020 was enough to get labeled dangerous. Being right was not enough to get an apology. But the political climate shifts, the pressure builds, and yesterday The HighWire was reinstated on YouTube. Subscribe now while it lasts, and share everything you can while the window is open. This work, the journalism, the legal battles, the cases now heading toward the Supreme Court including the challenge to the 1905 forced vaccination precedent that has been used to justify mandates for over a century, all of it runs on donor support. @ICANdecide is asking for $26 for 2026 as a recurring monthly contribution. Hit donate to ICAN at the top of thehighwire.com and become part of what makes this possible. They can pull the channel. They cannot stop the work.

A message to @YouTubeCreators @TeamYouTube @nealmohan @reneritchie and every YouTuber that suffers from "Inauthentic content". I'm a French comedian and YouTuber with over 12 years on the platform. I run 2 YouTube channels (714K and 350K subs) with more than 400 million views on long-form videos. Every appeal was rejected with the exact same copy-paste automated message. No human support from YouTube. After 12 years and building two big communities, this treatment is unacceptable.
