I don't need Notion, Google Drive, Confluence and all the others. All I need is a simple tool that combines a basic todo list with some WYSIWYG text editor for knowledge management. I want to write down things, include photos / sketches and maybe add a todo item or two. Those should automatically show up in my (global) todolist and be synced. All the tools so far are just distracting, unnecessary complex or bloated. Is there a simple solution or do I have to build one myself? 🤣

The award for biggest YoY growth in user interest goes to @reflectnotes, which went from 8th place in 2023 to 4th place in 2024. Great year for this team! 🏆

It's unprecedented how much @logseq has gotten done in their first 100k Diff Delta. Typically, an app good enough for widespread acclaim requires 300-500k DD (~3 years of a strong full time dev). They've built a much-beloved tool while changing very little code vs peers 🧵
