@UberIN_Support your "driver partner" forced me to pay ₹320 extra for "tolls and taxes" for an intercity ride where it is only ₹110. Contacted your support and they are supporting the drivers running this scam by giving me this nonsense response. Who do I Complain to now?

@Uber_India when I have pre-booked a ride and the driver does not show up on time, why do you not give users any option to submit complaint about that driver? You just give an option to "cancel trip without charge" but I want you to know the driver left me hanging and take action

What a thoughtful design by @MumbaiMetro3 of not adding escalators to metro stations directly connected to the airport! I had to walk down two floors with a heavy shoulder bag and a trolley bag. I don't feel bad for skipping the gym today. Kudos, Mumbai Metro! 🚝

@Sahilinfra2 @clumsy_coder @MumbaiMetro3 Let's hope they add escalators going down too because the current trend in line 3 has been putting escalators only for going up while to go down you either take stairs or wait for lift which is very low throughput at Mumbai crowd levels

I have been in the lifts. A single lift taking 5 people up and down is not going to be enough when the lines run at full capacity

@Sahilinfra2 @clumsy_coder @MumbaiMetro3 It's still the Airport station. For a 35,000 Crore project, it is indeed a legitimate miss to skimp out on escalators at every entry. When the line is fully being utilised, lifts at specific entry only is a rather poor cope out excuse and will be insufficient.

@somecloudguy @clumsy_coder @MumbaiMetro3 But the above station is not the airport terminal. From T2 there are signages towards stn which leads to entry point which has elevators.From T1 too, the signage leading to entry point has both elevators & staircase

@ganeshsonawane @talesfromaaroo There is absolutely Uber Black in Mumbai. Scroll down and you'll find it. Been exclusively using that nowadays. It has clean Toyota Hyryder or MG ZS EV cars

so ola and uber both are not viable options to travel anymore for anyone who cares about hygiene, tried most expensive option in uber yesterday and ola prime plus today and got absolutely pathetic run down cars which are both dirty from outside and inside plus smell plus music plus luggage got dirty too. have been rarely using these services from a few years and everytime it's only getting worse.
