@InstantPot bit p’d off with your customer support, my grind and brew is just 6 months old, now broken, told covered under warranty and then told it’s discontinued, so what now???

Acceptance Criteria: 1. If the user has only one account, it is pre-selected by default when initiating a payment. 2. The account selection step is skipped unless multiple accounts exist. 3. Payment flow remains unchanged for users with multiple accounts.

@chase_uk where do I raise feature requests? I want to be able to assign my payees nicknames as it gets confusing when someone has more than one account (my Tesco bank account lets me do this). Also, I want to be able to send out payment requests like you can with Starling.

@iRobot_UK possibly one of the worst companies I have dealt with in terms of trying to get an issue sorted under warranty. Stock response seems to be to buy a new full priced unit. Utterly shambolic and bordering on criminal.

Trying to make an online payment for some car insurance and @chase_uk app system down last hour for approving payments and @RevolutApp not accepted as it’s Visa card operator. The modern, digital world.

Thwarted.. Was fired up to build Datadog dashboards with Terraform, but I have no WRITE access tokens available to me. So setup a personal trial account, but you cannot hit the API unless you send agent data, which I guess makes sense. So that's the end of that Saturday fun!
