@CubeSmart this is what I showed up to when I went to grab items I need for work from my unit. The storm was a week and a half ago! The “snow” is now ice. I walked inside the office to see if/when a team will be cleaning this section up and he says “you do that yourself”

@CubeSmart this company is a joke. Don’t get storage. Not only does the rate jump. They charge 20% for any late fee. Also they don’t fix their facility. Now it’s 230pm Christmas Eve and I see a sign they close at 1:30pm and closed Xmas. This door has been broken for months.

Dear @CubeSmart - I’ve had a unit with y’all for about a year. My price has gone up 2x in that year and has almost tripled in price. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks trying to reach someone and when a manger finally called me back, he told me I was wrong about the price increase, gaslight me, and then hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. I’m hoping someone on your team can make this situation right.

@notphillyberry @CubeSmart They raised the price in 4 years from $150 to $320. I need to clean it out. It’s insane. They refuse to tai payment over the phone at the store.

This is a crazy - almost $11 - Convenience fee to pay online for @CubeSmart . Almost $20 if I call to make it over the phone.

@CubeSmart This CubeSmart is overrun with rats. Prior break-in, they said it was “fixed” — it wasn’t. When we opened it, rats shot out, everything soaked in urine/droppings. Irreplaceable items ruined. They knew & never told us. Stay far away.

@CubeSmart I need to know where all my belongings from the Colorado springs location and where all my belongings from the temple terrace location are and how they got stolen from me and have either been damaged or are missing. No one should have went into my storage units
