Month 1 of ads coming to a close... 10 months ago we had an 80~ headcount failing agency with 60 clients & 7 weeks of cashflow. Now we have a lean 35~ headcount education technology business & 40 weeks of cashflow (worst case). What happens when you step through your imposter syndrome into the best practice you've delivered for your clients for years and years As of today... For the month of April: 14 deals closed for $85k Cash Collected & $265k ARR 3 deals could close over the weekend... taking us past $100k cash collected and $300k ARR. Perhaps more exciting than that, the product still has an 8.7 NPS score and 98%~ success rate. 49 brands sold, 1 refund. We actually make a difference. We ONLY take people's money if we deliver results. Mama, we made it!!!!!!! And YouTube ads start next week... and cold outreach after that... and the youtube organic is about to take flight. I'm sure there's gonna be some tough months to come, some more fuckups, saturation, recession, depression, AI robots taking our jawbs... whatever. We've proven our ability to never give up, the primary thing that matters. What's about to come down the pipe now that we have resource behind this thing... Thank you to everyone who helped us get there. One of the first things I did on Twitter was message people asking to catch up. I did 20-30 half hour chats with all types of people. Beginners, pros, agencies, brands, SaSS, athletes... and it really did give the melting pot of conversation that propelled us forward. and the network that came out of it. wow. What a ride. Again, thank you to all of the people that have contributed to the grind. Ya'll mean the world to me. It's been a long winter. How good does Summer feel after a long winter? The best... it's almost like the pain of a long journey is a term deposit of happiness that pays out on maturity. As above, so below. Brand Building, B2C Revenue Generation, B2B Revenue Generation, Global 3PL Logistics, Global Freight Forwarding, Education Technology + Workplace AI Enablement... Watch out world. It's quite literally only the beginning. Some other cool milestones: - Woody's Integrated Training + Team Emirates NZ / Sail GP training at our 450SQM crossfit/MMA office gym - Our 6 country, 11 facility global 3PL business is pumping in every region, with many facilities at capacity. - Our programme for at-risk youth in South Auckland launches in a couple of months - We've figured out an AI based process that should allow for global product/market fit testing to happen at scale. Increases efficiency of current process by about 90%. Quite literally - We can test 10 brands for every 1 we were before.
