@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I bought a product from Amazon. Paid upfront. And then for two days there was no update from your side. Now suddenly the order is cancelled and this is how your customer service deals with the issue. Is this some kind of a joke?

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN The issue, however, was never of returned delivery. It did not get shipped in the first place and suddenly got cancelled. I need two things: 1. Why this happened even after being a prime customer and payment for the product. 2. How am I going to get my refund?
