@JackBox horrible experience at your 10450 HUFFMEISTER RD 10450 Huffmeister Rd, Houston, TX 77065 location. Online order placed machine was down no notifications. Had to walk up To the window and couldn’t place a new order just a horrible experience with rude staff for 1st timer

@Verizon @VerizonSupport four calls Today totaling more than five hours to get clarity on my port what am I paying and what I am responsible for. This is crazy. Multiple reps multiple answers. How am I supposed to confidently move my service over to you .

@Verizon I have zero confidence that you are able to handle a port out. I have been on the phone for 90 minutes passed around three times. I just want to return the four devices at this point. The juice is not worth the squeeze. Horrible horrible horrible first impression.

@apple trying to leave feedback for downtime. I really would like to see a custom time feature. Some times I want to give the kids a few extra minutes not 15. It’s a decently strong feature but still Difficult.

@AmericanAir Nice response @AmericanAir with that answer. Lots of empathy. Traveling is difficult enough and @jetblue sets the bar too high I guess. Sell freaking adapters then or @Apple add a freaking headphone jack to your iPads

@AmericanAir very disappointed no idea that we need our own devices. At least sell adapters not everyone has Bluetooth. Miserable flight with a neurodiverse kid. Fly @JetBlue all day every day
