@Allbirds lighter shoe I purchased 4 years ago and still going strong. Darker shoe I purchased less than a year ago and the back is already totally destroyed and going through socks, so ready for the bin. So £130 and only lasted a year. Pretty disappointed.

Ring - I saw this warning on Nextdoor & when I looked I had 9 unrecognised devices. I have Ring devices outside all round my property and inside. Any data breach would allow people to hear & see everything inc making card payments out loud and discussing medical matters with doc.

@British_Airways I am missing AVIOS points & want to make a claim. Ur call centre staff were extremely unhelpful, so I had to send an online request from. The reply was very unclear & eventually I managed to get to the online claim form & that doesn’t work. It won’t submit! HELP!

@edfenergy a year of a broken smart gas meter. You keep asking me to send photos on WhatsApp, but you don’t respond. I didn’t want estimated and you need to fix my meter. This month you sent the 3rd person to read the broken unreadable meter and now text me asking for the reading

@Splashtop downloading software onto my iPhone that I can’t delete. Apparently accessing my data without my informed consent. Locking my iPhone to a single email account and deleting all other email, teams and 365 accounts all without my informed consent. Taken over my phone!!!

@AmTourister really disappointed that the side handle has broken off my yellow American Tourister bag and the top handle is snapping. I’ve had cheap bags last much longer and I got these as I wanted an upgrade. How long should these bags last? The handles all broken in same place
