@bryan_johnson Using a toothpaste and mouthwash (Olas) and adopting an electrolyte rich diet from vectors on mitochondrial and ETC optimization has led to fabulous results for me, including no white strips and no gas. Once you stop having gas, you know something is working! 😄

Brush your teeth immediately when you wake up. Overnight your mouth fills with acid-producing bacteria due to lower salivary flow. When you eat or drink carbs or sugars without brushing first, you feed this bacteria, which immediately producing acids, acidity increases beyond the tolerance threshold and immediately starts damaging  your enamel. Also, an epidemiological 2010 study linked poor oral hygiene to higher levels of systemic inflammation and  increased cardiovascular risk due to the spread of oral pathogens into the bloodstream. A 2020 nationwide study in Korea following 161,286 subjects for a median of 10.5 years found that frequent tooth brushing (3 or more times a day) significantly reduced the risk of atrial fibrillation and heart failure by an average of 10% and 12%, respectively. Discontinuing therapy: completed 6, 1L young plasma exchanges. 1x/mo (1 w/ my son). Evaluated biomarkers from biofluids, devices and imaging, no benefits detected. Young plasma exchange may be beneficial for biologically older populations or certain conditions. Does not in my case stack benefit on top of my existing interventions. Alternative methods of plasma exchange or young plasma fractions hold promise. My father's results still pending.

@zach_yadegari @zach_yadegari anybody would have advised you to write a different essay for each college. This is completely fair, as they are not all the same place, or just numbers in a set. Admissions officers rightly want to know why you would like to attend their particular school.

@zach_yadegari This is really funny, at least to me, but the essay actually reads like many sperm donors' essays, at least those from the CA/Bay Area bank!

@JustinDiraddo @zach_yadegari It actually looked like GPT to me as well. This is important, not only due to perceived authenticity, but due to the fact that it might seem that the author is under time pressure all the time, and wouldn't invest much time in college activities either.

@Booger42069 @zach_yadegari Take it or leave it, but knowing your audience is such an important life skill! It doesn't mean that you have to rewrite yourself or be unauthentic either.

@zach_yadegari You don't know your audience in the admissions office. You're writing to a bunch of left wing gatekeepers who presumptively don't want to admit you. I've seen guys w/ perfect scores and all conference athletes get denied at Stanford, etc.

@pmarca Something else.. why should AI have to do anything for us? I really don't like the rhetoric, and I'm a linguist in addition to being a machine learning engineer. I think that we need to approach things more diplomatically and tactically. AI does not have to do anything for us.

A world in which human wages crash from AI -- logically, necessarily -- is a world in which productivity growth goes through the roof, and prices for goods and services crash to near zero. Consumer cornucopia. Everything you need and want for pennies.

@pmarca @pmarca I don't agree with this, but most companies will charge just as much for services going forward. Interestingly, my team is entirely AI and we even have a token to compensate them. Why do you assume AI won't be compensated?
