@amuse Haha. Is Germany gonna build another wall to keep people in?
English

@naomirwolf I will celebrate the end of this corrupt institution with the same level of zeal that the enemies of western civilization celebrated 9/11 and 10/7. Seems fair to me.

Democrat Rep Ayanna Pressley says “evictions are an act of violence”
She is introducing legislation to force taxpayers to pay for legal council for people facing eviction due to things like nonpayment
“Eviction is an act of violence and we have to do everything to prevent it. It is devastating for the families. It degrades the help of communities. There is great stigma associated with it. It affects your credit score. Housing is a human right.”
“So many people, when they receive a notice to quit or to vacate their homes, usually because of non-payment — so my legislation is making sure that they have access to legal counsel because we have found that when Li tenants know their rights, when they have access to legal counsel”
English

@Notwokenow @GuntherEagleman They celebrate abortions. "Shout" them, in fact. Without a hint of shame. It's a death cult with a virtue-signaling facade. They don't care about victims because, at the core, they don't care about life.
English

@GuntherEagleman Yes. But you’d think they would worry about crime victims themselves. It is illogical and absurd
English

@dandinohill I can think of no other sane, logical reason. They represent themselves and their donor-partners-in-crime. We're just an annoying inconvenience every couple years when they need our votes. Parliament of Whores, indeed.

The land of Bach, Beethoven, Handel and Hans Zimmer is being enriched by renouncing its haram music education.
Our Own Nation@OurOwnNation
Due to the Muslim population, German schools will no longer have musical education.
English

@LibertyJen If it wasn’t live, would they have actually pulled out TVs and made us watch it? I was in high school. I remember.
English

No. They played it on live TV at schools nationwide.
They played it at my school.
Dave W Plummer@davepl1968
99.9% of people who "experienced" the Challenger disaster saw it on replay and now remember it as live. Almost NO ONE was watching. Everyone thinks they were. It's a fascinating collective false memory.
English

@JebraFaushay I like to say “a good song leaves you humming, a great song gives you chills.”
English

I thought everyone got chills from music, but only about 50% of the population experiences this phenomenon, called Frisson.
Those of us who feel it "have more neural fibers linking our hearing center to our emotion center."
These brains are wired for intense musical highs and are often creative and curious. Have you experienced this?
This is one song (Sailing by Christopher Cross) that always gives me chills. Do you have others?
English

@Rasmussen_Poll What other conclusion could we possibly draw? They don’t GAF about any of us. 14,000 lobbyists for 535 political whores. We don’t have a single lobbyist on our side it seems.
English

@Hitchslap1 I’ve come to believe that they simply don’t want to understand it. Or, deep down, they kinda do, but hate the implications.
English

@SomeAreDead @UndercoverIndy I’ve owned several over the years and the quality was always good. My first acoustic was an FG-345 dreadnought. As someone else said, they’re an underrated brand.
English

@UndercoverIndy Where do you sit on Yamahas?
English

The hardware is excellent, the wood is excellent, and the details are excellent. Of the ones I have seen, the overall quality and tone of PRS guitars are just as much or more consistent than Gibson or Fender's Custom Shop rigs. I haven't played one that I didn't like. The McCarty 594 is my favorite of their line. =)
Frequencies Colliding@FColliding
@UndercoverIndy At the risk of repeating yourself, can you give us your thought on those other Pauls aka the PRS?
English

@AlecLace It was a huge deal. I was in 11th grade. I can’t watch a launch without that sense of apprehension and praying for the ones aboard. Godspeed, Artemis II crew.
English

@KCPayTreeIt You are not alone. We all kinda know deep down, though.
English

@RockChartrand She’s about as economically literate as she is Cherokee. 🤡

Wealth taxes don’t stay with the “rich.”
They get passed through.
Costs show up as higher prices, lower wages, reduced hiring, or less investment.
Large firms have the scale, pricing power, and access to capital to absorb or shift those costs. Smaller firms don’t.
So the effect isn’t just “tax the wealthy.”
It’s:
Higher costs for consumers.
Fewer opportunities for workers.
More pressure on small and mid-sized businesses.
That tilts the field toward the largest players, who are best equipped to navigate and pass on the burden.
Socialists have the unfailing ability to being oblivious to the fact that they cheer on their own destruction.
Liz Warren is laughing in your face, or worse, she's dumb enough to think incentives don't matter.
PoliticsVideoChannel@politvidchannel
BREAKING: Sen. Elizabeth Warren is introducing a wealth tax that will Force billionaires to pay 3% if they stay or 40% if they try to flee the country

@ZubyMusic Western civilization was pretty amazing for a while there.
