@UltimateClint Honestly it seems like we are doing a weird party deconstruction and moving back from left vs.right to liberal v.s Non-liberal. Seems like the big political fights that are happening is authoritarians arguing whose flavor is better and them attacking liberals.

its so funny how people from racially/ethically homogenous countries cannot wrap their minds around the fact that the US is a racially/ethnically diverse place where people (esp immigrants) tend to identify with their native identity instead of being just “american”

The leftist sees poverty as a result of broken institutions or systems. The conservative, borrowing largely from Christianity, can recognize that poverty sometimes occurs because of genuine hardship and injustice, but can also affirm that poverty is often the result of a series of poor moral decisions, especially in a society with as many opportunities as ours. That is why @sircalebhammer will always resonate far more with the right side of the aisle.

@erin2848592 Men are usually chastised for a young age for pursuing fashion. Which comes with the side effect of not knowing where to get good clothes from. And thrifting for women is way easier most thrift stores heavily caterer towards them. Men are usually relegated to T's and jeans.
