So we’ve been given the excuse of a toilet being defecated in for the reason for a CANCELLED flight?! @easyjet this is UNACCEPTABLE!! Your customer care is ATROCIOUS. 100s of passengers left STRANDED in the airport terminal! Do something!!!!

@easyJets_4 The flight has now be CANCELLED! I am I’m in Tenerife, extremely tired and need to get home! I have an injured knee which is being aggravated by all of this. I am now standing on a bus waiting to be taken back to the terminal. I need to know where i am staying tonight!

Now we’ve been told the plane is overweight and 300KG worth of luggage needs to be offloaded!!! This is RIDICULOUS!! @easyJet we’ve been treated like cattle!! No communication. No hydration in the form of WATER offered! Left to suffer in 30 degree heat on a plane on the tarmac!!

Absolute mayhem and chaos on @easyJetholidays flight from #Tenerife this evening!! How can you downgrade the size of the plane which then leaves passengers including myself with NO SEAT?! The staff didn’t know what to do!! Been sat on a plane for hours - flight delayed 3 hours!!

@chilternrailway Thank you for your reply. Like many others, my journey is essential as I’m travelling home for Easter and I actually purchased a 1st class ticket for my journey from Liverpool to London but no 1st class carriages on this route. ☹️

@queenrubee1 I am sorry if you are not having a comfortable journey. All carriages available are in use, we have been advising to only travel if essesntional due to closures on other routes so also having ticket acceptance in place with expected very busy services this weekend, ^SR

@chilternrailway how is this acceptable? A packed 3-carriage train on Good Friday when everyone is travelling for Easter break?! Why only 3 carriages???
