@DavidAstinWalsh @Tyler_A_Harper My parents (born in the early 1930s) were both teachers, as were both grandmothers. No one went beyond a bachelors. But they cared about education and were proud of my PhD.
I’m curious how many PhD holders have a similar pedigree?

This will diminish as more people retire than work, due to population decline. Eventually there will be a point where more people sell than buy
