I don't know why @amazon use this incompetent company call @IntelcomExpress for Amazon returns. They never pick up the stuff. Just use @PurolatorInc.

@AmazonHelp Dont want to throw shade your way but i think its time you allow customers the option to pick their preferred carrier. That's 2 TVs shipped via intelcom that have been "lost" (stolen) in transit after being scanned in the warehouse - so not even out for delivery!!!

Hey @IntelcomExpress. Are your driver's really that lazy that they won't walk down a street that has construction? The rest of the residents in the area are able to do it.

@ERICX2020 @IntelcomExpress This company needs to do better. They kept delaying the delivery of my package. I got new emails for 5 straight days saying my package was on the way for delivery but I never received it. My package was finally delivered and I realised the flaps were not properly sealed.

@IntelcomExpress Seems that Intelcom bears no responsibility for undelivered Amazon pkg which can't be found anywhere. The delivery guy signed himself for pkg as no one was home & no photo of package. Their service operator just flatly said to contact my vendor at Amazon. - Eric

@BuckyHermit I don't think I ever had a problem with Intelcom.
Normally no issues with Canada Post either...but there's construction on my street which has delayed my delivery 2 days now. But Intelcom had no problems making the delivery, so how has Canada Post been unable to do it twice?

Really @canadapostcorp? If this is about the construction on my street...it's still gonna be there tomorrow....so why not just deliver it?
