@British_Airways is there a problem with tier points and Avios? Mine from March 31st would have covered status, but missing 4 flights being added to statement… and the online claim form is broken… and the live chat can’t answer questions… any ideas please?

@monzo I’m a premium customer. My card was blocked due to fraud. I try to order a new one but when selecting help/chat the only option is to show transactions. The app legit won’t let me order a new card. What do I do?!
