Who else is experiencing issues with Comcast internet @XfinitySupport and the geolocation suddenly showing them in a completely different country? All devices in my home think I'm in Canada. All computers and even Google TV devices.

@XfinitySupport Got an email saying I qualify for free Peacock. Go through the steps to activate it. Repeated errors. After an hour of troubleshooting, I gave up. Found that many people struggle with these errors. Why make these extra steps and not just activate it automatically

@XfinitySupport wifi down again. Almost everyday this week wifi goes out. Can we get credit for these outages. I checked the router and it's working. If it was the router, we wouldn't have wifi for the majority of the time.

This week @Xfinity was supposed to "upgrade" our services in south South Bend on Tuesday morning. What it has turned into is a whole week of almost no Internet service, esp. wifi. Not a peep from @XfinitySupport about refunding us. Some "upgrade" this is! Disappointing.
