Can someone help explain something to me (as even when I'm watching a bunch of physiology professors and other stuff on YT I'm struggling to find an answer); Ideally I go OMAD now due to invisalign, but I want to consume 140g protein per day. But the body can only digest 40g of protein at once..? So what is the point of consuming 100g+ per meal like some ppl suggest? Doesn't it just get wasted or recycled into other stuff? If anyone can scientifically explain it I'd really appreciate it, potentially paypal tipping if someone can really help me understand fundamentally the process of it all. sorry for bad grammar

But again if voter ID makes people feel the election is more secure then fine. But then you have to make sure all eligible voters have this ID or otherwise all you're doing is suppressing legit voters.

@PSA_Sitch @StephenM @ScottAdamsSays The same info that gives your passport validity should be sufficient to validate your identity and citizenship for any other purpose. Whatever happened to "REAL ID" and why not require it for voter registration? REAL ID | Homeland Security (dhs.gov)
