@OmarKelly The House Oversight Committee subpeona'd Pam Bondi, so they had a closed door briefing of her and Todd Blanche to have them basically say we're not complying with the law, and Bondi didn't say if she would comply with the subpoena. The cover-up continues

Here's the easy sheet pan pancake recipe from that video: Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet. Mix batter: 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1½ cups milk, ¼ cup melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla. Pour evenly into pan. Top sections: sliced strawberries, chocolate chips, blueberries, cinnamon sprinkle. Bake 15-20 min until golden and set. Drizzle maple syrup, cut into squares, serve hot. Feeds a crowd! 🥞

It was wild. Not the best movie ever, but also we have no vote in the academy they like certain types of movies. Anora was good but it was just aight to me. I liked Sinners too and glad it won for screenplay and cinematography because it was visually beautiful and well written. MBJ was great too.

Bob was an addict single dad, Lockjaw was a disgusting white supremacist, and Deandra saved Willa and got locked up for it. The characters were all flawed and depicted in a not so kind way except Willa who in the end was smart enough to save herself. It was a wild movie all around.

@tify330 That is fair & I understand. Its a difficult conversation to have but one that is needed. Sometimes we have to have a different voice, who brings a different energy, even if the messages are close to being the same thing. People react to the new messenger in a much different way.

@larrymoore26 I think that point has been made and many are retiring this year as a result. Others will be primaried. I am okay with that convo it’s a fair one but I dont necessarily like how folks go about talking about older people.

The Democratic party is divided, and I’m not optimistic about things improving; they might even worsen. We’ll still win elections, but there’s a significant loss of trust within the party. When I hear people talk about wanting a Democratic tea party, it’s quite telling. I’ve reached a point of indifference. Do what you want, but don’t be mad when people don’t fall in line. I’m a Democrat and will vote Democrat, but honestly, things haven’t been good for a while. We keep making excuses for why and can’t even have civilized conversations anymore.

@tify330 And I don't mean that everyone older needs to go, but we have to allow the younger politicians opportunity for growth and real leadership. Differing ideas and a new energy and positives for doing so, and it is desperately needed in the party.

@tify330 I think some r looking for generational changes with new leaders being more involved, however the internal struggle with having the leadership basically having all served for 30 plus years is part of the problem, & not enough space has been carved out for the younger generation.

@BookerGWash That's the thing that I think is missing in most of these reports. She was mapped out of her district so she had no other choice but to run for Senate, and she didn't do it out of spite. But she will be around for sure as she is damn good.

She won’t be going away. She ran in an expected, long-shot US senate race because Texas Republicans had to cheat to eliminate her incumbent Congressional district. She’ll be on to something bigger.
