@TfL @TfL @MayorofLondon this is how you treat people? Massively disproportionate fines (x100 times the actual amount you claim should’ve been paid)then giving out fictitious telephone numbers when I’m trying to challenge the fine. In a cost of living crisis. Shame on you.

@TfL OH WOW. Now turns out that the number I was given is not @tfl at all. Directly from the words of your telephone representative. Do you guys not even know your own telephone number? There’s even an automated message saying if you’re calling for TFL, this is not the right number!
