Early morning workouts won't guarantee that you'll feel the freshest, But they will guarantee that you'll have fewer distractions. That includes the voice in your head talking you out of it.

I'm a voice actor! (kind of... 😅) I hope you enjoy my behind the scenes footage from the recording of the Warcraft III: Origins Orc Campaign. It was awesome to be a part of a project with @WTiiWarcraft & @followgrubby. Warcraft III: Reforged (2020) Warcraft III: Origins (2025)

In the morning, Keep your phone away from you and work. In the evening, Keep your phone away from you and rest. Shut the world out.

Not all negative emotions are bad. Someone can change their life because they want to get out of a bad situation.

You don't need motivation, Because you already have it. Deep down you want something. It may be hidden behind a layer of cheap dopamine, But it's in there.

I'm so grateful I got to be a kid that grew up without social media. I'm so grateful I got to be a kid that grew up playing hours a day outside. What a massive blessing that was.

Developing a great physique is actually super fucking simple -Lift 3-6 days/week -Sleep 7-8 hours every night -Gradually increase the weight in all lifts -Eat exclusively whole foods -GOAT protein sources: eggs, chicken, Greek yogurt, beef, steak -Spam steps (13 k/day is optimal) -Play a sport 2x a week or go on a long run 1x week -Bonus: sprint 1-2x/week and hiring @345marcel to be your accountability coach If you dial these basic things in, you can still drink alcohol and eat cake and pastries. If you’re not enjoying the process of building your dream body, you’re not doing it right. It’s truly an art. The process should give you pleasure, fulfillment, and profound peace. If it’s not deeply enjoyable, you’re not doing it right.

@Timetivity There’s a reason why quiet time, or even time spent doing hard things, is important. It trains your mind to be still. The hard times come no matter what.

Prepare yourself for the problems for the stress for the pain that will inevitably come on the path that you’ve chosen for yourself. One of the most critical things is to overcome these times. To not just stop at them and wait or give up entirely. But how do we do that? By practicing calmness. It doesn’t sound like a big thing, but think about it. When times are uncertain, who will win? The one who’s calm and in control of their own mind or the one who’s immediately in panic mode? The answer is clear. I meditate, I calm down intentionally in stress situations and I’m more mindful than ever. It’s not some woo-woo thing. It is the control over yourself and over your future.

One of the greatest cheat codes in fitness is becoming the kind of person who doesn’t negotiate with themselves. Tired? Still train. Busy? Still walk. Stressed? Still eat like you respect yourself. When your habits aren’t mood-dependent, results become predictable.

@tyromper That stat is insane. At the very least just go outside and walk for 20 minutes per day. If you have kids they’ll figure something out.

Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Stop looking at screens 2 hours before bed. Read a fiction book 1 hour before going to bed. Do this for 90 days and you will leaner, mentally healthier, and the 2x the quality of your sleep.
