It’s sad that Africa’s pre-colonial history has been distorted, yet many Africans still refuse to believe it.

Who told you that please? if you don't know today, know Islamically if a woman is tired of marriage or her husband does something to her that she doesn't want, she can ask the husband to divorce her if he refuses then she can take his case to court and the judge can dissolve the marriage

I’m an exceptional global UK talent. That’s equivalent to expatriates in NG. I visited my school for MA enrolment and the enrolment officer said “you’re on a talent visa not student? Wow, we are honoured to have you in our country.” Nothing about me is average by God’s grace.
adé.@theadeszn

Ugo’s case, something isn’t adding up sha but time will tell. Those wins are too much for an average Nigerian man who’s an immigrant in the UK. Fingers crossed

Cut 5 bitter kola nuts into small pieces. Cut some garlic into small pieces as well. Add a few fresh utazi leaves. Pour in original dry gin or ogogoro. Put everything into an empty bottle and allow it to soak for 24 hours. Directions for use: Take one shot first thing in the morning before eating, and another shot at night before going to bed. If your prick isn’t getting extremely hard every day after using this, then call me a fool 😂 TESTED & TRUSTED ✅

Don’t judge me 😩 This is one of the thoughtful gifts we add to our kilishi packs, and ours finished on Saturday. My staff messaged me yesterday to restock for our packaging this week. They’re always quick to notify me when stock is running low so we don’t get stranded. I went to the market yesterday to buy groceries and met a man selling them. I told him I needed 5,000 pieces, and he didn’t even have up to a quarter of my order. Right in my presence, he entered one big shop and packed their own to sell to me. Immediately, something told me that shop must be the actual wholesaler because the place was too big. I casually asked him if he stays around that spot, and he said yes. I told him I’d be back because I wanted to check something. I intentionally walked round the market and came back to that same shop… only to find out that for 2 months, I’ve been buying this for almost double the price 😩 I usually buy a pack for ₦6,000. Guess what I got it for at the main shop? ₦3,000 per pack. See how much I saved now 😂 The mistake he made was entering that shop in my presence. He should have distracted me somehow and send his sales rep instead. Well… my gain 😅

Today, I step into my 30s with a heart full of gratitude not only as a husband, but also as a father. This journey has changed me in ways words can hardly explain, teaching me strength, patience, sacrifice, and a deeper kind of love. I thank God for His grace that has carried me this far and for every lesson, blessing, and moment that shaped me along the way. Here’s to a new decade of peace, purpose, growth, speed, legacy, and fatherhood. Happy 30th Birthday to me!!!

Marriage as a system was designed to benefit men, as it allows even the p+orest men to have a companion — Feminist Chidera Eggerue British-Nigerian author and feminist Chidera Eggerue has made a controversial comment about marriage on the Honest Bunch Podcast. During the conversation on marriage, feminism and relationship on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Chidera argued that marriage was created mainly to favor men. “Marriage as a system already was designed to benefit men,” she said. “Marriage allows for even the p+orest of men to still have a companion.” She also stated that she would leave a partner if he lost his wealth. “And yes, if that man that I’m with, let’s say he loses his money, right? Because that’s the thing women hear a lot; ‘You want a rich man, well what if he loses his money?’ right? We fantasize about the idea of a woman who likes rich men being with a man who loses his money. Guess what? He loses his money, he loses me. I move on,” she said. Her comments quickly got a pushback from ManLikePharaoh, who described modern feminism in Nigeria as “a joke.” “Feminism is nons£nse, especially in Nigeria. It’s actually a joke,” he said, leading to a tense back-and-forth between both speakers. Chidera, however, defended her stance, insisting she was speaking for women who no longer want to downplay their expectations in relationships. “I’m here to represent the women who are not going to p¥ssyfoot around trying to make men feel better,” she said.

I just saw this video by a Jos content creator lady talking about “Gote”. She mentioned it originated from Northern Nigeria and is eaten by Plateau and Southern Kaduna people. I almost slammed my phone on the wall out of pure annoyance, Plateau and Southern Kaduna in the sentence, yet she still called it Northern Nigeria?! These TikTok people will keep dragging us back to the “Plateau and Southern Kaduna are NOT North” conversation 🤦🏽‍♀️

God will punish beans for me. I have never liked that food. It doesn’t digest whenever I take it. Took beans last night and it nearly killed me on 3rd mainland bridge today. I was sweating inside AC like a brand new goat. My stomach was ringing. The more I sped, the longer the road. Lagos State needs to check very well, seems I broke that 80km per hour speed limit several times 🥵🥵 I was tightening my ass just to make sure it doesn’t drop because if it does, Hiroshima will be second. What I carried in me has never been witnessed before. At a point, I removed my face cap like it was the problem, the sweats kept pouring like I was walking through the valley of the shadow of death. I would squeeze the gear stick like I had beef with it. With all the speed from Ajah, epa o boro on 3MB. Any small traffic build up, my heart will start beating fast while I cursed those idiots causing traffic. They were fighting themselves, I was fighting for my life. I held on like Shedrach Meshach and Abneego in the fiery furnace until I got to the eatery in a Filing station at Alapere. I parked and rushed in. “Where is your rest room?” I screamed. The security woman looked at me with disgust but pointed to the door. Honestly, I didn’t need anyone to point to it because it was right in front of me but oju mi ti su. I rushed in opened the male toilet door and dropped it like an album. Baba nla next rated. Fruuuuupaaa fruuuu tum. In minutes, I was done. The person who opened the door next ran out. Mo fe pa werey. Emi ika. 😬 I tried flushing but there was no water, just tissue to clean up. Ewwww. I managed it. I don’t want to believe water doesn’t run in that almost perfect toilet. I walked out to the security man and woman and they managed to squeeze out money from me so they can fetch water to flush later. I know this is a scheme. I can bet they locked that water somewhere. All the same, it was until I got to the car back before I realized I didn’t switch off the car. Key was still at the ignition and AC was still blowing. I might not eat beans again in this life. 🥵

I don’t attend same church with my husband, it was agreed before marriage. I am catholic and he is Pentecostal, I remember telling him that I have no intention of leaving my church for his if we eventually get married. He said he don’t care, after all, what’s the big deal? My kids dedication was done in his church because I was too lazy to pursue the process. We always do crossover night in my church and we attend our various churches on sundays when I am not too lazy to attend church. Some things should be settled before going to the altar
SOLACE@Elevenheavn

Married couples attending separate churches, is that supposed to be normal or a sign of distance in the family?

I remember this AY comedy where Seyi law said Yomi Casual advised him not to wear black black for a night show but he refused. On their way to the show that night, they were attacked by armed robbers and the robbers said everybody get down now. He was the last person at the back seat but before he could get down, the robbers had already concluded no one was left in the car. One of the robbers looked into the car and didn't see him because he already rhymed with darkness 😂

🇮🇶🇮🇷 Israel Built a Secret Base Inside Iraq to Bomb Iran, A SHEPARD Exposed It The outpost housed Israeli special forces and search-and-rescue teams, was built just before the war started, and positioned forces closer to Iranian targets roughly 1,000 miles away. The U.S. knew about it. When a local shepherd spotted unusual helicopter activity and Iraqi troops came to investigate, Israel launched airstrikes to protect the secret, killing one Iraqi soldier and wounding two others. One shepherd in the Iraqi desert just exposed a covert operation Netanyahu never wanted the world to see.

Can you identify any regions outside Nigeria or Niger Republic where the Fulani practice the same cultural traditions and wear the same attire? The Fulani are not known to have dyeing pits, tailoring records, or textile production like wool farming. Historical accounts suggest they arrived in Hausaland with minimal possessions, lacking the attire you described. In Futa Toro, for example, the Fulani do not wear the same clothing seen in Nigeria., Facts stated that it originates from Hausa textile traditions, given their established history of dyeing, weaving, and embroidery, as seen in garments like the babban riga. The Fulani, as nomadic pastoralists, lacked a comparable textile tradition, and their attire in regions like Futa Toro differs significantly from Nigeria's elaborate styles. Historical migration patterns and the Sokoto Caliphate's cultural blending suggest the Fulani adopted Hausa attire. Outside Nigeria and Niger, Fulani attire varies and does not resemble the Nigerian styles, reinforcing the Hausa origin.

BREAKING 🚨🔥 Our Hausa elders have begun mobilizing to defend the honor and dignity of Hausaland against the injustice and oppression inflicted upon our forefathers. This meeting consisted solely of Hausa Zallah natives and indigenous descendants of the Hausa nation. May Allah prolong the reigns of the king of Katsinan Maradi and the King of Gobir Tsibiri.

I wanted to post my late mom's picture this morning on my WhatsApp with a happy mothers day caption. But the moment I opened her photo the tears just came. Seeing her face reminds me of everything she went through with breast cancer. No woman should have to experience that kind of pain. It is horrible in ways I cannot fully put into words. I will not let myself get too emotional this morning so I will stop here. I don't wanna cry. Happy mothers day Mama 🌹🕊 Keep Resting well ❤
