@LODHA @mybmc @MumbaiPolice @sanjaydinapati1 The dust envelops entire Neptune complex and vicinity, between 7am-6pm everyday. Not apposed to the activity. Just request water spray to be used actively to settle the dust. Water spray currently used as a prop.

@mybmc We Need you to look into the matter ASAP since NOC from Eastern Business District Society members & NCLT has not been taken. MCGM approved the work on NOC from the developer NVDPL who has filed the bankruptcy NCLT act.

@mybmci Many discrepancies\flaws in Approval of addition & alteration in Building office 01E in Eastern Business District, Bhandup LBS ( Previously Known as Magnet Mall). The building has 6 Auditoriums capacity of 1000 people. First-floor structural slab huge cut made.

Neptune Living Point-Janta Market road Bhandup W in condition. No footpath for the pedestrians and debris along the road. MCGM expecting to built by Developers on this road. No developer taking any interest to build. Footpath build by residents of Neptune dismatle by MCGM.
