The biggest mistake people make? They chase ab exercises before they chase lower body fat. Get lean (around 13–15% body fat), train abs like any other muscle 3–4x/week, keep protein high while cutting, don’t fear carbs, and eliminate junk food. Abs are revealed by discipline, not by a magic workout.
