Do you think Congress should ban universities from using H1-Bs if they receive any federal funding? I searched “software design engineer” on employment.utah.edu, it shows 27 jobs. The top result? A Graphic Designer. This specific position (the one in the Tribune ad) requires mailing a CV to a physical address or emailing jenn.bourdon@hsc.utah.edu.
