There's a lot you can say about Texas not scheduling former in-state Big 12 teams. "Scared" probably isn't the right term. CDC has been the opposite of scared when it comes to nonconference games. I don't think Texas and Tech will be playing anytime soon, but it's not because UT is scared

Marijuana is causing problems just like it did when some states legalized it back in the 70s. It often calms people when they use it, but the flip side is anger, irritability, aggression & erratic behavior when it wears off, and that can linger for weeks. Illegalize weed.
