I use @Ncell sim card, the Tower is hardly 1.5 KM away from my home, but still i am not able to use the internet after purchasing your unlimited and limited packs, what is the use of selling data if customer is not able to use? I stay in Jhawani Bara, Simraungadh Nagarpalica

@Ncell @libangi13 मैले इटहरीकाे एनसेल सेन्टरमा गएर बैंक स्टेटमेन्ट देखाएर अर्काकाे नामकाे मैले चलाइरहेको सिम मेराे नाममा नामसारी गर्न खाेजे। हुँदैन भन्याे। त्यहाँदेखि धरान, भानुचाैक मास्तिरकाे एनसेल सेन्टरमा गएर त्यसरी नै बैंक स्टेटमेन्ट देखाएर नामसारी गर्न खाेजे, उनीहरुले पनि हुँदैन/मिल्दैन भयाे।
