A good game isn't just "easier" to market, it markets itself. When a content creator shows off a game, the difference can be 10000x in the attention, wishlists and copies sold. Just look through @IndieGameJoe posts and see how the results are radically different between games. And that is _after_ Joe filters for the best games he can find. Imagine if he was featuring any and all game. The difference would be insane.

@martingommel @NenntG Vielleicht weil sich nicht jeder so fühlt? Mein Mann spricht das viel genauer an. Er hat nicht einfach nur "Angst" oder ist "überfordert". Damit kann er wenig anfangen. Er sagt klipp und klar was ihn belastet.

A man named Max made his very first video game all by himself, called Sledding Game. It sold 100,000 copies in only 5 days on Steam after its Early Access release and received very good reviews with a 97% Overwhelmingly Positive rating. Sledding Game is a multiplayer game where lots of people play together in the snow. There are mini-games like snowball fights and making snowmen, and you can talk to friends with voice chat. After the big sales, Max wrote this: “100000!?!? CRAZY! Thank you everyone for playing. It means the world to me that I have the support to continue making games full-time off of my first game on Steam. It’s a dream to reach this large of a number and you all made it happen in 5 days. Couldn’t be more grateful.”

I know "all by himself" is fun to say, but if you look at the credits in game, there's so many people that went into launching this and making it what it is. Sure, I started the project but I wouldn't be here without every single one of those people. Thank you.

The main mistake AI-Bros do is thinking that Artists do art just for the result. Most artists are artists because they enjoy the process. Without the process, the result becomes meaningless.

It wasn't 800$, it was 600$. And Ive only been taking small cmms and adoptables for side incomes as I'm broke and I love with my family + economy here is rlly bad. Its hard to survive without having to start sometimes, I'm trying to update everyone. I'm also trying to prioritize yours, that's why I updated a few days ago of what's been happening. I truly apologize as I also have body pains and even burnt out. I'm trying to communicate and update when I can.

@KunoMD It's true. My resting heart rate reduced by 10 bpm in just 1 month of light cardio exercise. People think today they need to go 3 games a week to the gym and grind. No. Just do simple normal exercise and your health will increase dramatically already.
