@Avis Don’t trust your contract. Had LDW/CDW on rental and being charged for damages (which I did not cause). Will take them a month to sort it out but only a day to charge my credit card. Avis preferred…..I don’t think so. #Avis #Dishonest #DontCare #NoCustomerService

@PlyGem 6 year old home, 22 window units have failed. Frames are now an issue. Latest warranty claim has taken 8 months so far. Escalated, was assured management would call, no call.....Where is your customer care?
