To actually see benefits you need to use clinically studied doses only available from very highly concentrated extract. I’m talking tart cherry powder at ratio of 50kg of cherries to 1kg powder.

You are wasting your time and money on compression boots. Compression boots are thought to act as an air-pressured massage that enhances the natural flow of blood and nutrients as well as waste products to and from the worked muscles. In a study by Draper et al. (2020), authors had 10 distance runners complete the same 20-mile run twice on different occasions. After one session they did nothing to recover, after the other, they used compression boots for 1 hour immediately after, and daily for 5 consecutive days. Results showed no significant difference in inflammation markers (CRP) or subjective pain between the two conditions (p > 0.05), suggesting compression boots offer little to no recovery benefit over doing nothing.
