Update on #PRR1: Had an in depth review with officers of LAQ, Engineering Section of @Bc_Bengaluru & the rep of SNC on starting the work on package 1 of PRR1. Issued clear directions to all the SLAOs to expedite payments to all those land owners who have given consent hand over possession of land so that work can begin. The contractor has submitted BG for performance security, so I have directed the Engineering section to sign agreement and issue work order: this will be done in 2 day’s time. Final notification has been issued for acquisition of land for NICE integration at Madavara village. Direction is issued to complete the framing of awards and begin disbursement of compensation. Engineering section will write letters to National Highway, PWD, and Railways seeking permission for construction of RoBs over their roads and SNC to follow up along with officers of BBC. Overall, all preparations are made to begin work in lands available with us free of all encumbrances. Work will begin soon. @DKShivakumar @mlanaharis @Captain_Mani72 @CMofKarnataka
