@British_Airways What is happening to the BA customer service. BA accidentally cancelled tickets to Stockholm for me when I asked for the tax back after pushing out the trip with two weeks due to Covid and paying for the tickets again. 3rd set of tickets bought and no BA refund!

@British_Airways why is it the case that EVERY flight I have been on in the past three years, you have been unable to facilitate the flyers bringing on the hand baggage that you PROMISED? What’s the bloody point in giving us the allowance - really really poor customer service.

@British_Airways just had to sprint from North lounge to gate B45 from Glasgow flight - with notice only 30mins before departure. Most of passengers seem to be already here. Could you not notify the lounge in advance? Not a relaxing Sunday evening!
