@British_Airways What is happening to the BA customer service. BA accidentally cancelled tickets to Stockholm for me when I asked for the tax back after pushing out the trip with two weeks due to Covid and paying for the tickets again. 3rd set of tickets bought and no BA refund!

On British Airways flight. Entertainment system does not work. Initial glass of water (supposed to be provided in World Traveller plus) not offered.

@JaneMeneely @British_Airways When you go into the lounge they tell you to check the notice board as no announcement will be made

@British_Airways just had to sprint from North lounge to gate B45 from Glasgow flight - with notice only 30mins before departure. Most of passengers seem to be already here. Could you not notify the lounge in advance? Not a relaxing Sunday evening!
