Build and champion the singular reality for your company to operate Over the last year -- teams have made substantilal progress on #1, at the expense of #2. As data questions become more personalized, as analysis + dashboard building becomes cheaper, the scarce resource becomes company-wide consensus.

Any examples of clusters surfacing info you wouldn't have found otherwise? Are you also indexing the docs in raw form?

I never run out of content to post anymore. Built an automation that monitors 50+ news sources, scores articles for relevance, and writes social posts automatically. It finds trending topics in my niche before they explode everywhere else. Saves me 15-20 hours monthly and keeps me ahead of every trend. Comment "NEWS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

@frgx @tobi Didn’t already have something other than other older internal tools, but did explore building vs buying. Once we found we could get a decent answer asking questions in natural language across more than one feedback source, we chose build. Then MCPs supercharged it

The AI memo has been extremely successful inside of Shopify. People all over the company have built remarkable things in response to it. One of my favorite is Scout, built by a small team outside of R&D! Scout has indexed hundreds of millions of merchant feedback items from Social posts, video feedback, and all our customer support channels. Then it makes it available (via MCP) in our internal librechat tool for deep research. I use it all the time. Asked the team to do a demo:

Founders: Don't chase prospects who'd need to change their tech stack to use your product. If you need Salesforce + Gmail to work, pursuing Microsoft Dynamics shops is a waste of everyone's time. Your ICP should include technical prerequisites.

@lessin There are security, compliance, performance monitoring, and maintenance elements to Zapier as well, but none of those are particularly valuable / defensible solely in the context of integrations.
