Been building Trimmy a context trimming tool for long Claude Code sessions. This week I integrated @morphllm's compaction and the results are solid. What I like about Morph's approach.... it's not summarization. Every surviving line is byte-for-byte identical to the original. It scores lines by relevance and surgically removes the rest. No rewriting, no drift.I almost dont like calling it compression, its more like color quantization? Morph is one of about a dozen strategies Trimmy runs. The rest is all deterministic via ANSI cleanup, build/test/git output compaction, code signature extraction, age-based nuke gradients, snapshot removal, system message thinning, and chain repair to keep session structure intact. Plus state tracking so nothing gets double-processed across runs. Now about speed...The way I have this working at the moment is with 10 concurrent threads, so on this example session I end up processing about 75.8K tok in 3 sec, ~25K tok/s, at a compression rate of just over 20%. The largest single block was 13.6K tokens, and it still sub second response. So, if you're looking for compression you can rely on to stay in its lane, the Morph tool is it.

@jcurtis @morphllm thats a great idea! compacting treats both important and unimportant details at the same weight, this is a logical development, thank you!

Most people use Claude Code like a chatbot. So I documented the most complete setup you can install today. Inside: → How to run 10 to 15 Claude sessions at the same time across terminal and browser → The CLAUDE. md file that writes its own rules after every correction so the same mistake never happens twice → Plan Mode workflow so Claude builds a full plan before touching a single file (with the exact activation steps and what to say) → How to actually use slash commands for every task you repeat more than once a day → Subagent setup so Claude reviews, simplifies, and verifies its own work without you managing it → The verification loop that produces 2 to 3 times better output on every task → Safe permissions setup so Claude never needs unrestricted access to your machine → MCP connections for Slack, BigQuery, and Sentry so Claude uses your tools directly → PostToolUse hooks so code formatting never causes errors in review → Ready to use files including CLAUDE. md, subagents, slash commands, and hooks → Common mistakes that slow Claude Code down and the exact fixes Boris uses If you build with AI daily, ship code, or manage a team using Claude Code - this is the only setup guide you will need. Comment "CLAUDE" and I will send it straight to your DMs.

I hit $10K MRR in under 30 days. 70%+ margins. No paid ads. No VC money. No audience. Most founders try influencer marketing and quit. The deals are unprofitable or impossible to scale. Here's what actually works: ↓ $30-50 per post. 3-5 creators to start. One simple funnel. That's it. I documented every step in a free PDF. Like + Repost + Comment 'MRR' and I'll send it over. Make sure to follow so I can DM you.
