The Constitution says you have a right to a 'speedy and public' trial, not a slow and private trial. We're going to keep fighting for Charlie Kirk and TPUSA, to make sure justice is done, and Tyler Robinson gets what's coming to him.

Circumstantial evidence. In the case of the 4 murdered college kids by Kohberger, they did not have clear video, or any video, of the suspect committing the murders. Nor did they have the murder weapon. But what they had was circumstantial, and other evidence, that made the creep plea bargain. Same with Robinson. He will try to plea bargain once they see all the evidence.

True. These people forget the court's function and purpose. Prosecute a murderer for murder. They really don't need to unravel the secret conspiracy cabal. The state can prosecute Tyler Robinson for murder SO LONG AS HE IS THE MURDERER...even if there is a co-conspirator. There is not an obligation to find or prosecute a co-conspirator simultaneously to Robinson...or ever. The question the court is answering is "did Robinson murder Kirk and how?" The question of WHY or WHO HELPED may be informative and helpful for a jury, but they are not required for a guilty verdict.

Matthew, you’re acting like the Constitution is optional or something. The defense doesnt have to prove Tyler “wasn’t there.” The prosecution has to prove he was. Thats literally how the burden of proof works. Same with presumption of innocence and due process. “If he was innocent, he’d prove it” isnt legal reasoning.

The final day of the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing ends today at the noon hour. After the defense final DNA witness the court allowed the family to watch the zoomed in surveillance video from Utah Valley University. Even zoomed in the quality of the video surprisingly high. You could see the man on the roof- reportedly Tyler Robinson getting down into that wine or prone position before the shot was fired. The video showing Robinson allegedly returning to campus with jeans on shows that very distinct limp with the rifle likely in the leg of his pants. Heartbreaking to watch Erika Kirk and Charlie’s parents as they watched in greater detail these final moments before Charlie was shot & killed on campus.

@TryinghardACL @DataRepublican Very good. They don't need video of the actual shot as most murders are NOT committed with video. Most murders are prosecuted and won using actual and circumstantial evidence. A video would be strong evidence but not needed. Robinson is so guilty.

This is where words matter, I doubt they have ID quality video of the actual shooting, but my guess is they have ID quality video which establishes Robinson as the person doing A,B,C, like walking up the stairs and those those of things. Then they will have a video which I doubt is what I would call ID quality, which shows who the prosecution will argue is Robinson taking the shot. They can establish this through tine, tracking him on video, physical description, clothing description, DNA on items, and those types of things. Defense will argue its not him and prosecution will argue it is him. This will be a huge deal on the internet, but not troubling in court.

Set everything that was presented this week aside and answer a simple question: why did Tyler Robinson turn himself in to authorities when at the time he did turn himself in, the authorities had no idea who the shooter was? Consciousness of guilt. He knew he was going to get caught after not being able to retrieve the rifle. Otherwise he could have presented an alibi along the lines of "I have been in my apartment for the last 3 days waxing...my love's...wire."

She has inverted the facts, built a wildly profitable media narrative on lies about his murder, and cast herself as the only person who ever truly cared about him, as if his family and loved ones did not. She has distorted the evidence against Tyler Robinson again and again, spun self-serving fairy tales about Egyptian planes, French Legionnaires, Brigitte Macron, and more, and convinced millions to believe them. At one point she argued that the U.S. government, Israel, and Brigitte Macron were tied to the murder because an Egyptian aircraft landed at a Delaware hangar used by a French aviation company, an Israeli firm held shares in it, and some unidentified person drove to a government building. She has not offered a shred of evidence for any of it. It has been completely insane. For almost ten months, she has assassinated the character of Charlie's family, friends, and loved ones while pushing narratives that give cover to the man accused of killing him. Photos of the ammunition recovered from Tyler Robinson. Remington headstamp on the case and despite the somewhat low resolution on the photo you can see the somewhat blunted nature of the projectile's tip. This is a Remington Cor-Lokt soft point round. It's SPECIFICALLY designed to deform, slow down, and prevent an exit wound. Available at literally every single gun store and sporting goods store that sells ammunition. In fact, 16 out of the 17 .30-06 varieties manufactured by Remington use some type of expanding, deforming, or fragmenting bullet. Only ONE of their products uses a full metal jacket projectile that could/would be expected to leave an exit wound. Here's a clip of them sitting in my desk. This has been the most easily debunked claim of their entire web of lies and it's really mind blowing considering this is exactly what you would choose for an assassination. But yeah, definitely keep getting all your information from the DEI hire and the Portland pizza boy. I'm sure they know more about this than I do.

The following 5 bullet fragments were recovered from Charlie's body during the autopsy. Analysis indicates they are from the bullet jacket of a .30 round. Notably, no pieces indicating shrapnel from a microphone were found.
